    I think it is supposed to be available through the Palisades Direct store and through their Collectors Club.

    I know only 3 things about this...

    1) It has been in the planning stages for a long time, and delayed a few times.

    2) They are indeed making him, I have seen prototypes.

    3) They officially announced that he will finally be coming out.

    How he will be sold? I have no idea.
